Who qualifies for OHIP coverage?
• Seniors, 65 years old and over.
• Youth 19 years old or younger.
• After hospitalization, a minimum of one overnight stay is required.
• Ontario Works / O.D.S.P. / Family Benefits, recipients of any age.

For your convenience, ARC bills all Canadian
Insurance companies directly. Listed below
are some of the extended health benefits carriers
we currently recognize at our facility. If
your company is not listed below please bring
in a claim form and we will bill your benefits
company directly. Billing staff are very knowledgeable
in current Canadian health benefit rules and
regulations. Coverage maximums are recorded
and tracked by administration according to
number of visits so as to keep patients’ informed.

Treatment is fully covered through motor vehicle
insurance companies. We provide you with a complete
accident case management team.
At ARC we offer a wide variety of services for
patient’s who have been involved in a motor vehicle
accident some which include:
• Physical rehabilitation programs (Chiropractic/Physiotherapy)
• Active Exercise Programs (Certified Kinesiologists)
• Home site assessments
• Work site assessments
• Work hardening programs
• Independent Gym Exercise Programs
• Custom equipment and bracing
Our policies and procedures are kept up to
date with Ontario Auto Insurance Legislation.
All motor vehicle insurance companies offer
direct billing and direct payment for your
convenience.
WSIB
ARC is a registered and approved rehabilitation
facility through the Workplace Safety Insurance
Board. Patient’s are required to bring in a referral
and a claim number registered through W.S.I.B.
Our staff communicates regularly with WSIB to
ensure your therapy will be covered.
Our facilities are approved for chiropractic,
physiotherapy and work conditioning / hardening
programs.
