We are able to manage your on-site MSD needs:
- A proactive on-site
program would include weekly meetings
with employees who are off work, or
on modified programs.
- Each week we develop
a graduated program to ensure conditioning
is implemented and the employee is able
to gradually and safely return to their
pre-accident position.
- We maintain contact
with rehabilitation professionals on
the file, and can expedite diagnostic
testing or appointment scheduling.
- Other employees can
access our ergonomic, mechanical, and
work performance expertise.
- The long term goal
is to assist in incident and near-miss
reporting, decreased accidents, decreased
lost time, and ultimately helping create
proactive employees with a strong focus
in health and safety and prevention.
Job Hazard Analysis
Hazards are identified, such as chemical, physical, biological, ergonomics, safety, etc. A narrative description of the hazard is described, the hazard risk level is rated, current and recommended control measures are identified. Often used as a core team, continuous improvement tool.
WorkWell Audit Preparation
We are able to assist employers with their
Health and Safety preparation for Workwell
and other safety audits. Initially this
includes a review of their current health
and safety, and disability management practices.
Timelines for the implementations are provided
with reviews as required. A pseudo-audit
will also be performed to prepare you for
the ultimate Workwell.
