At ARC our mission statement is to provide person centred, performance-based, quality healthcare. As part of this commitment to the persons we serve, your ARC Team tracks the efficiency and effectiveness of our services as well as our patient satisfaction scores. These are collectively called outcome measures.
In 2024 ARC served 7200 individuals with 54% of our persons served being female and 46% of our persons served were male. Our patient population is very diverse with our largest ethnic group being Caucasian and our second largest ethnicity identifies as Middle Eastern.
We continue to provide accredited programming for Children and Adolescents and in 2024 we served over 551 individuals aged 1-17. Based on our performance measurement system, on average our persons served see improved function in approximately 6-16 visits over a course of 6-8 weeks. ARC prides itself on our high patient satisfaction scores which have averaged 95% over the last four years.
